These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coastal Light Leads website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Coastal Light Leads provides digital advertising strategy, campaign management, landing page development, and related consulting services. We act as your strategic partner but you retain full ownership and administrative control of all advertising accounts and assets we create or manage on your behalf.
We do not guarantee specific results, ROI, lead volume, conversion rates, ad placements, or approval by advertising platforms. Advertising performance depends on many factors including creative quality, competition, budget allocation, industry, and platform policies. All campaigns are subject to the terms and approval processes of Google, Meta, Microsoft, and other platforms.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals of creative and strategy, and ensuring that your offers, products, and advertising comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. You must maintain valid payment methods for ad spend.
Our management fees and any project fees are outlined in your service agreement. Ad spend is billed directly by the platforms. Late payments may result in pause of services.
Upon full payment, you own the custom creative, landing pages, and strategy documents we deliver. We retain rights to our methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific work product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain access to your accounts and assets. Outstanding fees remain due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
